Live a longer more enjoyable Life!

I believe an ooze of prevention is worth a pound of cure. I have invested a lot in my health these last four years, even when we had no money. If I had waited till I had my heart attack to start to taking better care of myself, I would not have to share my story with the world. I would have died at 46 and missed my Daughter marrying the love of her Life. That same week Angela and I celebrated 25 Years Married.

This was after my Daughters wedding 6 months after I my heart attack same week as my Twenty Fifth Wedding Anniversary with my Wife Angela.
